SKOUT by T&K — Terms of Service

Effective date: September 30, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the SKOUT by T&K™ mobile app operated by Skout by T&K, Inc. ("SKOUT by T&K," "we," "us"). By using SKOUT by T&K, you agree to these Terms and to our

Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Who can use SKOUT by T&K

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use

SKOUT by T&K. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. What SKOUT by T&K is (and isn't)

SKOUT by T&K is a discovery and tracking app for new product drops from brands you

follow. SKOUT by T&K is not a store — we don't sell products, process your payments

for products, ship items, or handle returns. When you decide to buy, you tap

through to the brand's or retailer's own website and transact with them, under

their terms, pricing, and policies. Product availability, prices, sizes, and

descriptions are set by those retailers and can change or sell out at any time; we

show this information for convenience and don't guarantee it's current or accurate.

If we earn an affiliate commission when you buy through a link, we'll disclose it

in the app. It never changes the price you pay.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your

account. Let us know promptly at support@skoutbytk.com if you suspect

unauthorized use. You can delete your account anytime in **Profile → Delete

Account**.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse SKOUT by T&K. In particular, don't: break the law; try to access other

users' data or our systems without authorization; scrape, reverse-engineer, or

overload the service; or upload harmful or infringing content. We may suspend or

terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. SKOUT Unlimited and subscriptions

SKOUT by T&K's core features are free. We may offer a paid subscription ("SKOUT by T&K

Unlimited"). As of the effective date, paid subscriptions are not yet active.

When they are, they will be sold through the Apple App Store, and:

• billing, renewals, and price are handled by Apple under your App Store account;
• unless canceled, subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period, and

Apple notifies you before renewal;

• you can cancel anytime in your Apple Settings → Subscriptions, effective

at the end of the current period;

• refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

We'll present the price, billing period, and any free-trial terms clearly before

you subscribe.

6. Community ("TAKES")

TAKES shows what is trending across SKOUT and, if you choose to follow people,

the pieces they save. Only people you accept as followers can see your saves, and

you can turn sharing off in Settings. You can report or block anyone. Nothing in

TAKES is paid placement; if sponsored content is ever introduced it will be

clearly labeled.

7. Intellectual property

SKOUT by T&K and its content, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors.

Brand names, logos, and product images belong to their respective owners and are

shown to identify products. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable

license to use the app; you don't get any other rights.

8. Third-party links and services

Product names, photos, prices, and stock shown in SKOUT by T&K come from each

brand's own public online store, and every "Shop Now" takes you to that brand's own

site to buy. SKOUT by T&K is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any

brand unless we say so.

When you tap through to buy, you leave SKOUT by T&K and go to the brand's or retailer's

own website. What happens there — pricing, availability, payment, shipping,

returns, and their handling of your information — is between you and them, under

their terms. We do not process your payment and we never see your card details.

We expect to earn a commission on some of those purchases. Where we do, it is

labelled next to the link before you tap it. It costs you nothing extra, and it

never affects what we show you or how highly anything ranks in your feed.

9. Disclaimers

SKOUT by T&K is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to

the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that product information is

accurate or current, that items will be in stock or available at a given price, or

that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skout by T&K, Inc. will not be liable for

indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or

data, arising from your use of SKOUT by T&K. Our total liability for any claim relating

to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months

before the claim or USD $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they

may not apply to you.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms as the app evolves; we'll revise the effective date and,

for material changes, provide notice in the app. We may modify or discontinue

features, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop

using SKOUT by T&K and delete your account at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to

conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located in

New Castle County, Delaware, unless the law requires otherwise.
